Well I recently watched "The Da Vinci Code" starring Tom Hanks. I did not have any interest in watching this when it came out, but after hearing some reviews and seeing it for free on on-demand. Well I decided what the heck. Now I wasn't sure of the theological connections in this movie and wasn't sure how I'd feel after or even if I would finish watching it. Now my review is that no matter what is portrayed IT IS JUST A MOVIE! Just because I liked "Jurassic Park" (5 penguins) certainly doesn't mean I think there is an island out there with dinosaurs running around today. So I say go ahead and watch "The Da Vinci Code" but make sure you have your grain of salt ready. 3 penguins.
Also I have seen "Bad Company" starring Laurence Fishburne and Ellen Barkin, 3 penguins. Fishburne is a former CIA agent when he starts work for a private security firm. This film is pretty good. It does give private security firms and the CIA a bad name in the process though.
If you're looking for a good movie on the CIA try "The Company" starring Chris O'Donnel, Alfred Molina and Michael Keaton. The movie follows O'Donnel's career with the company and is very good. 4 penguins.
The same can not be said of "The Good Shepherd" with Matt Damon. It seemed to long and drawn out and just not very good, 2 penguins.
